Formación

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and evaluate repair reports and quotations for Spain & Portugal.
• Control costs while ensuring top-quality service.
• Liaise with repair agents and technical partners.
• Validate product replacements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
• Build and maintain a strong repair network across Spain.
• Perform monthly audits and help improve service levels.

Conocimientos

Technical experience with white & brown goods

Flexible, analytical, and detail-oriented

Great communicator and team player

Fluent Portuguese

High-level of English
