• At least 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer service campaigns.
• Experience in outbound calls is preferable.
• Dynamic and resilient personality.

Your tasks

• Contacting existing customers with active insurance policies.
• Offering insurance renewals and additional coverage for household appliances.
• Providing detailed information on warranties, policies, and coverage terms.
• Managing customer databases and handling software tools efficiently.

Your profile

Fluent in Portuguese

At least 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls, in the last 3 years.

Goal-driven mindset with a passion for results.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
