A leading SaaS company in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive experienced in outbound sales to target the Polish market. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, working alongside Sales Specialists, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish and possess strong sales skills. This position offers a permanent contract, private health care plan, and a supportive work environment with hybrid flexibility.

Formación

  • 6-12 months of experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Knowledge of inbound sales strategies or content-driven sales techniques.

Responsabilidades

  • Generate and convert leads while working with Sales Specialists.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
