Formación

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily and monthly tracking of the IT department's budget ensuring accurate expense allocation and alignment with forecasts.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of periodic financial reports for management highlighting deviations and trends.
Qualifications
  • Procurement and Contract Management (POs and Vendors).
  • Manage the complete Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle from request and creation to follow-up and closure ensuring adherence to internal processes.
  • Process and track contracts with IT vendors, maintain and update the contract database, monitor renewal and expiration dates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative communication with vendors ensuring smooth invoicing and contractual service delivery.
  • Maintain and organize the department's financial and administrative documentation (invoices, expense justifications, project deliverables).
  • Assist the IT leadership team with administrative tasks such as coordinating key meetings, preparing presentations, and providing logistical support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding procurement expenses and vendor management.
