The successful candidate will oversee project management and operational initiatives, facilitate communication between HQ and local teams, and support financial tracking. Ideal candidates have over 5 years in PMO or operations roles, strong analytical skills, and are comfortable in a dynamic environment. This role requires onsite work in Barcelona a minimum of two days a week.

Formación

• 5+ years in PMO, operations, consulting, or business coordination roles.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of numbers.
• Experience with transformations beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations and project initiatives for the Spanish hub location.
• Act as the link between HQ and on-ground teams.
• Support cost control, budgeting, and financial KPI tracking.
