Huxley is seeking a PMO / Business Analyst to join a strategic transformation initiative in a multinational environment. The role goes beyond traditional PMO activities, translating data-driven insights into actionable plans while coordinating across teams to drive execution.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing action plans, and tracking progress against KPIs. You will prepare executive reports and support governance with a business-oriented approach in a hybrid Barcelona setting.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as PMO, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Experience in transformation, continuous improvement, or business change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience tracking actions, deliverables, KPIs, and progress reporting.
• Advanced Excel and experience with reporting or dashboarding tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

We are seeking a proactive professional who can translate data-driven insights into actionable plans, facilitate collaboration across teams, and drive initiatives from analysis to execution.
