Job summary

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Digital Product Owner with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our Product Management team in Madrid, where you will support digital initiatives, optimize PLM & PIM processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform adoption, operational efficiency, and digital experiences.

You will gather and document business requirements, translate stakeholder needs into functional specs and acceptance criteria, run functional tests and UAT,

Qualifications

• Experience in digital operations, e-commerce or digital projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to specs with technical teams.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with functional testing or UAT.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and translate data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication to explain digital tools to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting training, documentation or digital adoption initiatives.
• Proactive in process improvement and identifying inefficiencies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with PLM & PIM, web analytics and dashboard tools will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in implementing the digital strategy for PLM & PIM.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate into specs and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate digital initiatives with business and technical teams to support development and continuous improvement of collection-related processes.
• Prepare and execute functional tests and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve platform and content quality.
• Deliver training sessions and create documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management, IT, Digital Channels and other teams for alignment.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Promote continuous improvement by challenging processes and proposing practical solutions.
