PLC Programmer – Logistics Automation.

Overview

We are looking for a PLC Programmer to join a multinational leader in warehouse automation, located in Barcelona.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience programming PLC systems from scratch (Siemens TIA Portal).
• Availability to travel Monday to Friday for on-site commissioning and start-ups.
• Motivation to work in a technical environment with high-level automation projects.
• English level B2–C1.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement PLC programs from scratch using Siemens TIA Portal.
• Design and develop HMI screens and SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.
• Lead equipment setup, calibration, and commissioning at client sites.
• Provide on-site support during installation and system start-up.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, production) to optimize system functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of PLC programs and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Support and train production and maintenance teams when required.
