Verisure is seeking a senior technical lead to own and evolve the platform's technical roadmap, balancing features with long-term maintainability, security, and performance. You will mentor teams and liaise with Architecture and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will drive architectural standards, promote quality and automation, and champion AI-enabled practices across the software lifecycle, enabling faster delivery and higher code quality.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Proven experience leading technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the technical roadmap for the platform and maintainability.
• Mentor teams; interface with Architecture, Product, and IT stakeholders.
• Align platform roadmap with IT strategy and architecture vision.
• Advise on technical feasibility during product ideation and transitions.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered tooling across the SDLC to boost productivity.
