Joko is building the Platform tribe to scale internal platforms and tooling. You will define the vision for back-office systems and lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to adoption, in a highly collaborative setting across engineering, design, and business units.

The role emphasizes working with senior engineers and stakeholders, focusing on reliability, performance, and cost management while enabling rapid scale internationally, including Spain and beyond.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with internal tools, back-office products, APIs or complex B2B platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision and roadmap for internal platforms (back-office, infrastructure, security, compliance).
• Own lifecycle of internal products and tools from problem framing to adoption.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to build scalable platform foundations.
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Data, and Customer Care.
• Drive initiatives on performance, costs, security, and GDPR compliance.
• Define success metrics focused on efficiency and reliability.
