Pixelz is seeking a full-time Product Manager to join the Platform team in Barcelona. You’ll own discovery and delivery for platform and workflow features, collaborating with engineering, design and production operations to scale AI-generated content workflows.

You’ll translate customer needs into requirements, drive agile rituals, and balance customer outcomes with technical feasibility, data, and compliance considerations in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or AI is a plus.
• Genuine interest in AI-enabled content generation and agentic AI workflows.
• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven product methodologies and customer-backward thinking.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs and databases; comfortable challenging engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to translate between technical, business and customer audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own discovery and definition for platform features, with focus on AI-generated content workflows.
• Contribute to internal AI initiatives and agentic workflows.
• Translate customer problems into requirements, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize using data, UX research, and market signals, and explain trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineering on backend/API features and architecture.
• Run agile ceremonies and keep the team focused on roadmap progress.
• Advocate for customer-centric thinking across teams and stakeholders.
