Lucanet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for platform domains such as Data Platform, Platform Services, or Control Plane. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, define outcomes, and drive success through collaboration with Engineering, Delivery, and commercial teams.

You will lead the product roadmap, measure KPIs, and conduct customer discovery to uncover real needs. AI-powered tooling and prototypes will help validate concepts before development

Formación

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management experience.
• End-to-end product lifecycle understanding.
• Ability to define strategy and translate into execution.
• Experience with KPIs, analytics, and data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on customer discovery and competitive analysis.
• Ability to write high-level requirements and briefs.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and AI-powered tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of agile product development.
• English proficiency at upper intermediate level (B2) or higher.
