Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Software Engineer to join the Software Mission Systems Team. You will help build our development ecosystem with infrastructure automation and software enablement, contributing to core programs and platform initiatives.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and internal tooling for a self-service PaaS, and create automated test environments using containers and hypervisors. Collaboration in an international team is essential.

Formación

• Degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automated quality integration.
• Develop software architecture, APIs, and internal tooling for the internal PaaS.
• Create automated test environments using Docker/Podman and KVM/QEMU.
• Automate infrastructure deployment with IaC and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Optimize virtual networks and middleware to support real-time data communications.
• Produce platform documentation and self-service guides.
