Schneider Electric te ofrece una Trainee Program en España para aprender en un entorno internacional en el área de almacén y cadena de suministro. Tendrás prácticas remuneradas de 6 meses, horario flexible entre 8 y 10 h, y seguimiento de tu evolución junto a expertos, con posibles prorrogas o contratación.

Apoyarás en mejoras logísticas, optimización de rutas y trazabilidad, y colaborarás en proyectos de digitalización. Buscamos estudiantes con Inglés alto y ganas de aprender.

Qualifications

• Estudiante de grado o máster en Ingeniería Industrial o logística.
• Conocimientos básicos de Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua.
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel).
• Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
• Disponibilidad para 4–6 horas diarias y mañana; horario flexible.
• Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas por 6 meses.
• Disponibilidad para incorporarse en Enero/Febrero.
• Extroversión y ganas de aprender.
• Nivel alto de Inglés.

Responsabilités

• Apoyar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en procesos logísticos y de almacén.
• Colaborar en la optimización de rutas y flujos de materiales para reducir tiempos.
• Contribuir en proyectos de digitalización y trazabilidad en el almacén.
• Analizar la disposición del almacén y proponer mejoras de layout.

Sobre el departamento:

El área de almacén dentro del departamento de Supply Chain se encarga de la gestión eficiente del inventario y los flujos internos de materiales, asegurando que los productos estén correctamente recepcionados, almacenados y preparados para su expedición. Su misión es garantizar la disponibilidad y trazabilidad de los materiales, optimizando el espacio, los procesos de picking y la preparación de pedidos para cumplir con los plazos y estándares de calidad.

• Apoyar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en procesos logísticos y de almacén
• Colaborar en la optimización de rutas internas y flujos de materiales para reducir tiempos y movimientos innecesarios
• Colaborar en proyectos de digitalización y mejora de la trazabilidad en el almacén
• Analizar la disposición del almacén y proponer mejoras en la organización de espacios (layout)

¿Eres tú a quién buscamos?

• Estudiante de grado o máster en Ingeniería Industrial, Organización Industrial, Logística o similar
• Conocimientos básicos de Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel)
• Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados
• Disponibilidad para realizar entre 4 y 6 horas diarias (lunes a viernes) y tener disponibilidad por las mañanas; el horario es flexible y puedes entrar entre las 8 y las 10h.
• Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o Centro de Estudios por un periodo de 6 meses.
• Disponibilidad para incorporarse en Enero/Febrero
• Extroversión y ganas de aprender.
• Nivel alto de Inglés.

Prácticas remuneradas (en función del horario que establezcas, mín. 25 horas y máx. 30 horas por semana, 700-900€/mes)

Un día de libre disposición al mes (acumulable).

Duración de 6 meses con posibilidad de prorrogar o contratación
