Transport For NSW is seeking a planning professional to support land use and transport planning efforts from Newcastle. You will provide advice on planning proposals, policy instruments, and assess impacts to ensure alignment with legislation and long-term network performance.

The role requires collaboration, strong stakeholder relationships, and a proactive approach to handling competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes. This fixed-term position offers flexibility where available.

Support integrated land use and transport outcomes by providing advice and assessment on planning proposals and policy instruments. Contribute to evaluating transport impacts, managing network risks, and supporting funding and infrastructure arrangements to ensure planning outcomes align with legislative requirements and long term network performance.
