Littelfuse is seeking a Planner to optimize MCU order scheduling, ensure on-time deliveries, and coordinate with OSAT and CSR to meet customer requirements. The role emphasizes backlog management and accurate delivery commitments in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in planning, with strong MS Office skills and experience in demand planning, scheduling, forecasting, and procurement. This position is based in Spain with onsite capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in demand planning, scheduling and forecasting in supply chain or production environments.
• Experience in material analysis and procurement, specifically handling Pyros and Lens.
• Strong coordination and communication with subcontractors to ensure delivery commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor revenue forecasts and coordinate supply support to hit quarterly targets.
• Update delivery schedules and communicate changes with subcontractors.
• Handle MCU expedites with timely responses and status updates.
• Prepare MCU reports to support on-time delivery monitoring.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Planner

Responsible for customer backlog support through close coordination with OSAT and CSR. Effectively manages and updates backlog schedules and shipment commitments. Likewise, monitors overall commitments of subcontractors in relation to meeting customer deliveries and satisfaction.

About The Job

• MCU On-Time Delivery: Manage order scheduling and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
• Revenue: Monitor revenue forecasts and coordinate supply support to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain CSD/OSD/CRD for MCU: Update delivery schedules, communicate changes, and maximize on-time delivery commitments.
• Manage MCU Expedites: Handle urgent supply requests by providing timely responses, coordination, and status updates.
• Generate MCU Reports: Prepare MCU reports to support on-time delivery (OTD) monitoring and performance.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

About You

• Bachelor's or university degree
• 2+ years of work experience in planning
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Extensive experience in demand planning, scheduling and forecasting within supply chain or production environments.
• Experience in material analysis and procurement, specifically in handling Pyros and Lens
• Strong coordination and communication abilities with subcontractors to ensure delivery commitments.
