Puig Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Global Supply Planner to ensure finished goods availability across locations. You will define inventory policies, manage the Master Production Schedule, and co-lead the global S&OP process to optimize capacity, materials, and obsolescence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply planning, a Bachelor degree, and fluency in English; French is a plus. The role involves cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor degree (Engineering, Management, Economics) and at least 2 years in supply planning or related area.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, DRP, MPS, MRP, RCCP; AI knowledge is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Define global inventory policies aligned with manufacturing batch policy.
• Carry out the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for referenced products.
• Evaluate alternatives and establish contingency plans for key references.
• Co-lead the global S&OP meeting with information on risks, capacity, materials, obsolescence.
• Maintain stock levels across Puig locations in line with Group Policies.
• Reduce obsolete or slow-moving stock and propose reuse options.
• Create and launch orders based on production batches and policies.
• Calculate the MPS for each reference and provide weekly production plans.
• Execute replenishment orders to subsidiaries and maintain data in systems.
• Prepare Total Cost of Ownership scenarios for S&OP decisions.

The Opportunity

The Global Supply Planner will ensure the availability of finished products in the different locations of thenetwork with the quality, cost, stock levels and service required, by means of the Master Production Schedulebased on the analysis of demand plan, order portfolio, stock policies, production and third parties. To ensurethe definition and implementation of the stock policies to reach the required stock and service levels.

What you’ll get to do

Planning

• To define the global inventory policies aligned with the manufacturing batch policy
• To carry out the Master Production Schedule (MPS), own or third parties, considering the demand plan,the finished product stock policy and the manufacturing / purchasing policies
• To evaluate alternatives and to establish contingency plans to guarantee the availability of key references
• To Co‑lead the global operational Sales & Operation Plan (S&OP) meeting providing information on:availability risks, capacity constraints, materials requirements and obsolescence
• To maintain the level of stocks, in third parties and Puig locations, in agreement with the Group Policies
• To reduce stocks of obsolete materials or low rotation, analyzing them and proposing reusabilityalternatives

Execute

• To create and launch orders on the basis of manufacturing batches and supplying policies.
• To calculate the Master Plan Schedule (MPS) for each reference.
• To provide a weekly production plan, own or third parties, based on the capacities/resources available inthe mid/long term.
• To execute the replenishment orders to the subsidiaries
• To prepare Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) scenarios for the S&OP decision making process
• To maintain all the needed data in the supporting systems

Control

• To monitor and facilitate the stock availability of finished products in all the network tracking all the supplyissues
• To periodically review the production plan and manage capacity conflicts versus demand in theestablished time horizons, by agreeing and updating the production plan when necessary
• To ensure communication and feedback to DP
• To follow up Real production compared to Planned Production as well as shipments to Puig locations
• To ensure the implementation of finished product stock policies for each type of product,
• To monitor stock levels and propose action s to keep them in the required levels.

We’d love to meet you if you have

• Experience: At least 2 years in the area of Supply planning / Purchasing team / Replenshiment team
• Education: Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Management, Economics.)
• Languages: English fluent. French is a plus
• Specific Knowledge required: S. Chain Management, Supply Planning (DRP, MPS, MRP, RCCP), AI knowledge is very valuable
• Skills: communication, negotiation, financial analysis, teamwork
