Job summary

Ai Hiring Startup in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join as the first hire and help shape a new AI-native platform. You will own features from first commit to production, spanning Next.js frontend, FastAPI backend, and Supabase as needed.

You will work in a hybrid setup with three in-office days in Barcelona, collaborating closely with the founding team to ship fast, automate deployments, and build scalable AI-driven HR tooling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering.
• Experience shipping end-to-end features with Next.js and Python/FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of API design, webhooks, OAuth/JWT, and deployment automation.
• Experience with monorepos and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Ship features from first commit to production monitoring.
• Build platform patterns and ensure observability.
• Collaborate with founders on technical decisions while moving fast.
• Own features end-to-end and automate repetitive tasks.
