Your daily responsibilities will focus on comprehensive physical therapy and personalized resident care:

• Preparing, adjusting, and overseeing individualized treatment and physical therapy plans for each resident.
• Performing hands‑on physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatments tailored to age‑related health conditions.
• Leading fall prevention strategies and targeted exercises designed to enhance stability and balance.
• Supporting residents in maintaining their physical mobility, muscle strength, and everyday autonomy.

To succeed in this role in Pollença, you must meet the following criteria:

• A completed university degree in Physiotherapy (Grau / Grado en Fisioterapia).
