Responsabilidades

• Prepare, adjust and oversee individualized physical therapy plans for each resident.
• Perform hands-on physiotherapy and rehab treatments tailored to age-related health conditions.
• Lead fall prevention strategies and targeted exercises to improve stability and balance.
• Support residents in maintaining mobility, strength and daily autonomy.
