Virtus College in Spain seeks a passionate Physics A-Level Teacher to join from August 2026. You will teach Physics at KS5/A-Level within the British curriculum, contributing to an academically ambitious and supportive learning environment.

This role extends beyond teaching to mentoring, enrichment and pastoral duties. You will deliver engaging lessons, use digital tools, assess progress and collaborate with colleagues to uphold Virtus's high standards and safeguarding commitments.

Formación

• Degree in Physics or closely related field required.
• Ability to teach Physics at KS5 / A-Level.
• Previous classroom teaching experience.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive and ambitious lessons.
• Commitment to safeguarding and holistic development.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to school life.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Physics at A-Level with high subject knowledge and exam prep.
• Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons aligned to ACE.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse abilities.
• Integrate digital tools and ICT in lessons.
• Design and review formative and summative assessments.
• Provide regular feedback to support progress.
• Monitor attendance, grades and progress with records.
• Communicate progress professionally to families and at parents' evenings.
• Contribute to pastoral life and student wellbeing.
• Mentor mentees within the Mentoring Programme.
• Contribute to The Enrichment Programme with co-curricular activities.
• Attend staff meetings and school events.
• Uphold Virtus ethos and safeguarding standards.
• Keep up to date with safeguarding and policies.
