The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field and experience with photopolymerization. Formación

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science, OR equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in radical photopolymerization through professional projects or academic research.
• Strong understanding of polymer chemistry and photoinitiator systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with international teams to design and optimize photopolymerizable systems for lens manufacturing.
• Conduct experimental work on radical photopolymerization processes.
• Integrate photopolymerization into a volumetric printing lens manufacturing workflow.
• Analyze data to improve material performance.
