Job summary

Cidaut Deutschland GmbH in Boecillo, Valladolid, seeks a professional to lead internal and external innovation management within our R&D framework. The role focuses on organizing activities, documenting ideas, and driving strategic innovation projects across the organization.

You will manage public funding calls (CDTI, AEI, Horizon Europe, LIFE, INTERREG), coordinate partners, and prepare proposals, financial reports, and contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• PhD in Engineering or Science is required.
• Extensive experience with project planning and management.
• Knowledge of innovation management and public funding opportunities (CDTI, AEI, Horizon Europe, LIFE, INTERREG).
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Description

The person will perform internal and external innovation management functions of the company, supporting the Foundation's R&D technicians in:

• Organization of activities.
• Formalization of R&D ideas into projects, generating the necessary documentation.
• Business innovation diagnostics.
• Management of public administration calls for proposals in their administrative and monitoring aspects, both technical and economic.
• Commercialization of the Center's innovative capabilities.
• Conducting technological and competitive intelligence diagnostics.
• Preparation of proposals, financial reports, relationship with officers.
• Representation at project meetings, administrative management, partner coordination, organization of internal and external meetings of approved projects.
• Search for funding sources in the European sphere.
• Preparation and negotiation of agreements and contracts.
• Updating, advising and applying community regulations.
• Control and track expenses and respond to project audits.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Engineering or Science.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in project planning and management, and knowledge of innovation management and public funding opportunities: CDTI, AEI, H2020, LIFE, INTERREG, HORIZON EUROPE, etc.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Italian, etc.) will be considered an asset.
