Job summary

University of A Coruña – CITIC Research Centre is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Technology Transfer and Innovation Unit, planning priorities and monitoring results. You will analyse research outputs to identify valorisation opportunities and facilitate market transfer, while promoting ICT-focused innovation with partners.

The role requires RTTP accreditation, proven experience in university‑industry collaboration, and strong skills in communication, negotiation and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Master MECES level 3.
• RTTP accreditation issued by ATTP.
• Experience in technology transfer, commercialization and university–industry collaboration.
• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Knowledge of research funding mechanisms and grant proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the activities of the Technology Transfer and Innovation Unit, defining priorities, objectives and monitoring mechanisms.

• Advise research staff on technology transfer, commercialization and university‑industry collaboration.
