Haleon is seeking a Pharma Sales Representative to represent the portfolio across a designated Barcelona (Baix Llobregat) territory and parts of Mallorca, driving distribution, assortment, sell-in and sell-out, and supporting pharmacy staff with product recommendations.

You will lead account plans, visit pharmacies, monitor inventory, and report performance to the leadership team, while developing key pharmacy partnerships and ensuring brand visibility.

Formación

• University degree in Pharmacy, Business, Engineering or Sciences.
• Moderate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of the local market (Baix Llobregat).
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG with proven results.
• Commercial skills: sales planning and territory management, selling and negotiating, relationship management, merchandising and category development, financial/resource management.
• Team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets within budget by maximizing fundamentals (distribution, assortment, visibility, promotion and recommendation) in pharmacies across the territory.
• Execute the field sales visit model to meet or beat sales targets and market share within budgets.
• Visit pharmacies according to cycle plans, monitor stock and orders.
• Maximise daily pharmacy visits according to the commercial strategy.
• Implement all elements of the sales cycle to maximise brand rotation in the territory.
