We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and business-savvy Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role is central to the CEO’s day-to-day operations and strategic priorities, ensuring seamless execution of their schedule and communication across key internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, and acting as a point of contact for various stakeholders.
The Personal Assistant will help streamline workflows, anticipate needs, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly, enabling the CEO to focus on high-level priorities.
