Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist specialized in mobile user acquisition , you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth for our mobile applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you’ll design, launch, and optimize targeted campaigns across digital channels.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical , deeply understands the mobile app ecosystem , and is passionate about driving measurable results . You’ll work alongside highly skilled professionals — constantly learning, evolving, and growing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobile User Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new users for our mobile apps. Identify and target key user segments through digital channels such as :
  • Social media advertising
  • Mobile ad networks
  • Influencer marketing
  • App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end user acquisition campaigns.
  • Create compelling ad creatives, manage budgets, and monitor performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and conduct A / B tests.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Use data to identify trends and guide ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to align marketing goals with product strategy.
  • Share insights on user behavior and preferences to enhance user experience and retention.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years in digital marketing with a focus on mobile user acquisition. Proven success in executing high-impact campaigns in the mobile app industry.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of mobile ad networks, attribution tracking, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset : Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Branch, and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
  • Creative Thinking : Strategic and adaptable, with a knack for developing innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex data and insights clearly.
  • Languages : Fluent in English (C2) ; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Team Player : Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
