InnoIT Consulting seeks an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager to lead the rollout of PeopleSoft Financials across operations in Mexico, while based in Barcelona. You will manage the project from planning through go-live and post-implementation support, coordinating global teams and vendors.

The role requires senior PeopleSoft expertise, strong financial acumen, and hands-on governance across design, build, testing and data migration in a multicultural setting.

Formación

• At least 10 years in PeopleSoft IT environments, including implementation and maintenance.
• Strong experience managing PeopleSoft rollouts and migrations from other ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, landscapes and integrations.
• Experience across the complete ERP lifecycle: study, design, build, testing, migration and support.
• Strong financial knowledge and ability to manage scope, budget and planning.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect technical concepts with business needs and work with distributed teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish and French are advantageous.

• Manage risks, security, data privacy and local compliance.
• Report progress to steering committees and governance forums.
• Coordinate change management, training and end-user support.
• Lead go-live readiness and post-go-live support, with documentation and lessons learned.

Would you like to lead an international ERP transformation with end-to-end ownership?

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager to manage the rollout of PeopleSoft Financials across operations in Mexico. Based in Barcelona, you will coordinate the project from initial planning and design through go-live and post-implementation support.

Your responsibilities

• Define the IT scope, objectives, stakeholders, resources and delivery plan with the Business Project Manager.
• Manage the project schedule, budget, dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate business teams, IT teams, remote teams and external vendors.
• Oversee PeopleSoft configuration, customisation and inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, migration and validation activities.
• Coordinate unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Manage risks, security, data privacy and local compliance requirements.
• Report project progress through steering committees and regular meetings.
• Coordinate change management, communication, training and user support.
• Lead go-live readiness, production migration and post-go-live support.
• Produce project documentation, closure reporting and lessons learned.

What we’re looking for

• At least 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft IT environments, covering implementation and maintenance.
• Strong experience managing PeopleSoft rollouts and migrations from other ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, landscapes and integrations.
• Experience across the complete ERP lifecycle: study, design, build, testing, UAT, production migration and support.
• Strong financial knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience managing scope, budget, planning, stakeholders, security and data privacy.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect technical concepts with business and user needs.
• Experience working with multicultural, distributed and remote teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish and French are considered an advantage.

• PeopleSoft Financials 9.1, 9.2 or higher.
• AP, AR, Billing, GL, CM, PC and CA modules.
• PeopleSoft architecture, landscapes and inbound/outbound interfaces.
• ETL and data migration processes.
• Scrum and Kanban.
• Test Driven Delivery, unit testing, integration testing and UAT.
• PeopleCode, Process Scheduler and Application Designer are desirable.
