BOSCH SERVICE SOLUTIONS in Barcelona is seeking a People & Talent Intern for International Recruitment from February to July 2027. This full-time internship offers real ownership from day one, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding for a diverse, global candidate pool.

Full-time

Compensation: up to EUR 865 - monthly

We are a Bosch company, but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world.

We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units. So besides having external client, we also work for the Bosch Group itself, helping colleagues and divisions in other areas.

As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

We’re looking for an International Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona from February to July 2027!

You won’t just “support processes.” You’ll help orchestrate opportunities.

What will you do:

• Build a candidate-centric experience, making every interaction meaningful, respectful, and positive — from first contact to onboarding
• Connect with international candidates through conversations and interviews, creating real relationships (not just “screenings”)
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, understanding their needs and turning them into your biggest fans through great collaboration and support
• Help find smart, creative solutions to Talent Acquisition challenges — because no two roles (or candidates) are the same
• Support and coordinate interviews, role plays, and hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for everyone involved
• Actively contribute to promoting our unique culture, mission, and Bosch values, helping candidates understand what makes us different
• Support initiatives that foster diversity, inclusion, and gender equality, ensuring fairness and equal opportunity throughout the hiring process
• Ensure data protection and legal compliance are respected in all recruitment activities
• Manage job postings and explore ways to improve their visibility and effectiveness
• Contribute to onboarding and employee experience activities, helping new joiners feel welcomed from day one

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, and available for a full‑time, 6‑month internship.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages such as Dutch/Flemish, German, or Spanish are beneficial, but not required.
• A positive, people‑oriented, and proactive personality who enjoys connecting with others and thrives in an international environment.
• Curious, adaptable, and solution‑oriented, with a strong sense of fairness, inclusion, and confidentiality.
• Able to provide a university internship agreement, valid accident insurance, and a Spanish NIE before starting. Please note visa/NIE sponsorship is not provided.
