Bosch Zaragoza is seeking a Senior Virtual Workplace Platform Engineer to design and run global infrastructure services. You will keep Citrix VAD and Cloud running smoothly, working from our Zaragoza hub with a strong international collaboration.

You’ll drive automation, craft documentation, and support enterprise users across the world. A strong background in Citrix, Windows, and PowerShell is essential; English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Citrix VAD and Citrix Cloud administration; Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Windows Client (10/11) and Windows Server (2019/2022+).
• Experience with Nutanix or VMware virtualization.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and upgrade Citrix VAD infrastructure and Citrix Cloud across Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Configure machine catalogs, delivery groups, policies, profile management, and Workspace App deployments.
• Own escalations for complex issues and troubleshoot to root cause.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate with PowerShell.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base, participate in change, problem and release management.

Senior Virtual Workplace platform Engineer, you will be the go‑to specialist keeping our virtual apps and desktops running smoothly. You won't just be reacting to everyday issues; you'll have the space to optimize our architecture, drive cloud integration, and automate manual tasks to make our systems highly efficient.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain & Evolve: Support and upgrade our Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, including all Citrix Cloud components Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Environment Management: Own the configuration of machine catalogs, delivery groups, global policies, profile management, and Workspace App endpoint deployments.
• L3 Technical Support: Take ownership of complex issues escalations, troubleshooting low-to-moderate complexities with minimal guidance to find root causes.
• Drive Automation: Spot repetitive manual processes and eliminate them using advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Documentation & ITIL: Maintain precise technical documentation, contribute to our knowledge base, and participate in change, problem, and release management.

What We Are Looking For

• Your Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable technical discipline (your real-world project experience is what matters most to us).
• Citrix Expertise: 3-5 years of hands‑on experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (version 2402 or later) and Citrix Cloud administration. (Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop is a big plus).
• Systems & Infrastructure: A rock-solid understanding of Windows Client (10/11), Windows Server (2019/2022+), Active Directory, GPOs, and authentication.
• Virtualization: Familiarity with underlying infrastructure platforms such as Nutanix or VMware.
• Automation: Advanced PowerShell scripting skills because you believe in working smarter, not harder.
• Communication: Fluent English skills to collaborate daily with our international teams and stakeholders.
