What you’ll be doing

• Being the first point of contact for employee queries / tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally
• Coordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations including pre‑onboarding, onboarding processes, people services desk, and offboarding processes
• Managing internal tools such as time and attendance
• Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records
• Implementating important HR projects and policies

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, Administrator, or Partner role
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisation
• Experience in a service role, working to SLAs and other measurable performance metrics
• Experience administering HR operations using automated tools (e.g. via Jira service desk, HRIS, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G‑Suite
• A great understanding of employment law and local HR practices

Nice to have

• Experience in a start‑up
• Experience in the tech or financial services industry
• CIPD Qualification
• Experience collaborating on an international team
