Formación

  • 3-6 years of experience in a People Partner or HR Generalist role, ideally in multinational settings.
  • Proven ability to execute HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in day‑to‑day operations while contributing to broader people’s initiatives that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational impact.

Key Accountabilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Design and lead a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee recruitment processes within your scope
  • Ensure governance and alignment with RPO.
  • Drive the development and rollout of the new Internship Program.
  • Build long‑term partnerships with universities and business schools to strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels, including job fairs and educational outreach.
Employee Experience : Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding experiences, including Welcome Days and integration sessions.
  • Ensure onboarding processes are scalable, consistent, and aligned with our culture and values.
  • Maintain and evolve employee manuals and internal platforms to support a seamless employee journey
People Data Quality
  • Supervise temporary contract management and coordinate with external providers.
  • Act as superuser for internal tools (e.g., working time systems), ensuring data accuracy and user support.
  • Maintain and update People KPIs dashboards and job descriptions, ensuring readiness for audits and quality reviews.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen people’s processes in line with compliance and quality standards.
People Function Projects & Strategic Initiatives
  • Collaborate on cross‑functional People projects.
  • Coordinate CSR and wellbeing initiatives in partnership with the global team, embedding them into the employee experience
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position
  • Solid experience in a People Partner or HR Generalist role, ideally in multinational settings (3-6 years)
  • Proven ability to design from scratch and implement people programs across the full employee lifecycle and Employer Branding.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to tailor HR initiatives to business needs and collaborating effectively across departments.
  • A proactive, organized approach with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field. A Master’s in HR or relevant certification is a plus.
