We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join us at our HQ in Barcelona. This role will be key in ensuring our employees' satisfaction and engagement while optimizing People operations. 🦷

If you love a challenge. You will :
  • Become HR Operations subject matter expert in your respective countries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
  • Administer and update HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity.
  • Coordinate and support payroll processing, with support of the payroll providers
  • Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Facilitate performance management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR projects.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure ongoing compliance
Requirements :
  • Advanced level of English & German.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and labour legislation.
  • Experience with HR management systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.
