Job summary

BUZZ Power Banks is scaling rapidly and integrating a modern People Operations function to onboard and retain top talent across regions. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build a strong employer brand, and streamline HR workflows to support fast growth.

You will collaborate with the CEO and COO, shaping culture and HR infrastructure while driving high-quality hires and a great candidate experience in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience blending talent acquisition with foundational HR Generalist or People Operations responsibilities.
• Startup Agility: experience hiring for fast-paced commercial, sales, or operational roles in scaling startups or tech environments.
• Process-Oriented Mindset: track record of making chaotic processes faster, cleaner, and automated.
• Tools: confidently managing internal ATS platforms and data-driven spreadsheets.
• Languages: fluent English (minimum B2); additional languages a plus for international expansion.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: manage full-cycle hiring for commercial, operational, and field roles across regions.
• Talent Sourcing: proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, niche networks, and direct outreach.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a seamless, respectful, high-energy interview process.
• Employer Branding: design and execute initiatives to build BUZZ’s employer brand (pages, culture content, EVP).
• Brand Strategy: build BUZZ’s employer brand across core talent markets.
• Content & Presence: collaborate to create LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor presence and culture content.
• Value Proposition: define BUZZ’s EVP to convert passive candidates into applicants.
• Inbound Strategy: run recruitment marketing campaigns to boost inbound applications.
• HR Infrastructure: audit and streamline HR workflows from application to offboarding.
• System Ownership: manage ATS/HRIS/CRM tools, maintain data integrity, build dashboards.
• Documentation & Toolkits: create onboarding playbooks, interview guides, and job templates.
• Onboarding & Integration: own onboarding, ensure quick culture integration.
• People Operations: support leadership with contracts, compliance, probation, and HR admin duties.
• Cultural Anchor: foster a transparent, high-performance startup culture.
