Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to support the Hospital de Órbigo plant in Spain. You will act as the primary contact for core employees, ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, manage employment contracts, and maintain accurate HR data across systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, labor relations, law, business administration or psychology.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years in HR operations/generalist with labor law Spain and social security knowledge.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for core employees at Hospital de Órbigo, providing timely HR support.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and local labor compliance.
• Prepare and process employment contracts in line with Spanish labor law.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems and generate headcount reports.
• Handle HR cases in Service Now and support recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Work and Life to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Support organizational pillar activities within the IL6S framework.
