A dynamic travel insurance company is seeking a People Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. This role is 100% remote and requires strong HR experience and knowledge of Spanish employment law. The ideal candidate will lead HR processes and improve team dynamics while supporting development and performance management. A competitive salary of €38-42K with a €3K bonus is offered, along with flexible work hours and environments.

We’re looking for a
to join one of our clients — a dynamic travel insurance company. This role is 100% remote, but you’ll have access to their Barcelona office if you prefer in-person work.
Act as a trusted partner to managers and team leads, guiding them on team dynamics, performance, and people decisions.
Support team objectives, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Be a cultural ambassador, bringing company values to life in daily operations.
Lead and improve processes for performance reviews, feedback cycles, engagement surveys, and talent development.
Identify growth opportunities, coaching needs, and learning paths across teams.
Collaborate on compensation, career frameworks, and progression initiatives.
Use data to diagnose challenges and drive decision-making (engagement, attrition, hiring trends).
Ensure documentation, policies, and practices are aligned and compliant with local laws (Spain and other markets as needed).
Partner with Talent Acquisition and the People team to ensure a consistent employee experience.
5+ years’ experience as HRBP or in similar HR generalist roles, ideally in startups or digital environments.
Solid knowledge of performance management, organisational development, and Spanish employment law.
Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence and take action.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
Full-time (7.5h / day)
€38-42K + €3K bonus
100% Remote (with access to our Barcelona office)
Must reside in Spain with valid work documentation
