Sanofi in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Lead for People Analytics & Reporting to drive a multi-platform analytics strategy across Visier, Qualtrics and Workday reporting. You will mentor two Workday Report Writers, lead Qualtrics developers, and shape modern analytics governance and data integration with the HR tech stack.

We require deep hands-on Workday reporting and Visier experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions that empower HR

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and strong analytics experience.
• 7+ years in people analytics, HR reporting, or BI with progressive leadership.
• Deep hands-on Workday reporting and Visier experience.
• Experience integrating HR data with cloud warehouses like Snowflake.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics teams and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Visier, Qualtrics and Workday reporting teams.
• Architect analytics strategies and governance across platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical specs for dashboards and reports.
• Oversee real-time HR reporting and experience analytics initiatives.
• Drive data integration between Workday and external platforms.
