Job summary

Simon-Kucher is offering a People Analytics Intern position in Spain (Barcelona and Madrid). You will support end-to-end HR analytics and workforce planning for the Healthcare & Life Sciences team, assist with annual FTE planning, and analyze workload and resource availability.

You will extract data from SAP and internal systems, perform data cleaning, and prepare dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Pivot Tables.
Advanced-Proficient level of English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in Power BI and data visualization tools.
Ability to prepare clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end HR Analytics and workforce planning within Healthcare & Life Sciences.
Assist with annual FTE planning aligning staffing with business performance.
Analyze FTE utilization to assess workload and resource availability.
Contribute to employee performance analysis to support talent development.
Extract and consolidate data from SAP and internal databases.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
Prepare presentations and analytical deliverables for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics.
Support ad hoc HR and workforce analytics projects.
