DKB Code Factory GmbH is seeking a Pega Senior System Architect to lead a team in delivering scalable Pega solutions within a dynamic, low-code environment. You will align technical strategy with stakeholders to transform ideas into customer-focused, high-performance applications.

The role requires a Pega SSA certification, several years of software development experience including Pega, and strong communication in English.

Formación

• Pega SSA certification completed and hands-on experience as a Pega Senior System Architect.
• Several years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in Pega application development.
• Technical versatility across application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration.
• Object-oriented design knowledge is a plus.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum) experience demonstrated in delivering solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and architects.
• Mentorship experience helping other developers grow.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Turn business needs into cohesive Pega solutions with product owners and business analysts.
• Lead development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
• Advocate for best practices and quality in leveraging Pega capabilities.
• Identify feasibility limits early to reduce risk in agile development.
