Job summary

DKB Code Factory seeks a Pega Lead System Architect to guide a talented team in building scalable Pega solutions that transform back-office workflows. You will shape technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn ideas into customer-focused applications.

The role requires certification (LSA/SSA), several years of Pega development, and strong OO and API skills. You will work in a dynamic environment fostering growth and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Pega certification: Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA).
• Several years of hands-on experience building and delivering software solutions, including 3–4 years in Pega application development.
• Technical versatility across application servers, programming languages, web tech, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration.
• Object-oriented design principles and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, designers, product owners, and architects.
• Leadership and mentorship experience fostering growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions with product owners and analysts.
• Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable Pega applications.
• Advocate for best practices to maximize Pega potential and reduce risk in agile processes.

• Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions.
• Lead the design, architecture and development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
• Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential.
• Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.
• Align with your peer architects on cross-team technical strategies and drive decision-making.
• Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
• Promote a blame-free environment where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, and constructive feedback is used to drive continuous improvement and personal growth.

• Pega certification: You have successfully obtained certification as a Lead System Architect (LSA). Or you have the Senior System Architect (SSA) certification, but you think you already perform on an LSA level.
• Software development: Several years of hands‑on experience building and delivering software solutions, including at least 3-4 years of experience in Pega application development.
• Technical versatility: You have experience working with a diverse set of technologies like application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration methods.
• Object-oriented expertise: Knowledge and practical experience with Object‑Oriented techniques and design principles.
• Agile methodologies: Demonstrated success delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and architects.
• Leadership & mentorship: Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers fostering their professional growth and development.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English.
