DKB Code Factory GmbH is seeking a Pega Senior System Architect to lead a team in delivering scalable Pega solutions within a dynamic, low-code environment. You will align technical strategy with stakeholders to transform ideas into customer-focused, high-performance applications.

The role requires a Pega SSA certification, several years of software development experience including Pega, and strong communication in English.

Formación

• Pega SSA certification completed and hands-on experience as a Pega Senior System Architect.
• Several years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in Pega application development.
• Technical versatility across application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration.
• Object-oriented design knowledge is a plus.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum) experience demonstrated in delivering solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and architects.
• Mentorship experience helping other developers grow.
• Fluent in English.

Your responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions.
• Lead the development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
• Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential.
• Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.
• Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
• Promote a blame-free environment where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, and constructive feedback is used to drive continuous improvement and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Pega certification: You have successfully completed training and obtained certification as a Pega Senior System Architect (SSA).
• Software development: Several years of hands-on experience building and delivering software solutions, including at least 3 years of experience in Pega application development.
• Technical versatility: You have been exposed to at least some other technologies like application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration methods.
• Object-oriented expertise: Basic knowledge and some practical experience with Object-Oriented techniques and design principles are a plus.
• Agile methodologies: Demonstrated success delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and architects.
• Mentorship: Experience mentoring other developers fostering their professional growth and development.
• Language skills: Fluent in English.
