Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Pega Senior Architect / Tech Lead (remote from Spain) to drive end-to-end BPM/Java/Cloud programs. You will mentor engineers, interact with senior stakeholders, and shape delivery strategy across international teams.

Requirements include 10+ years IT delivery, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Cloud, and Agile methodologies. English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus. Expect permanent contract and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT delivery experience with BPM/Java/Cloud exposure.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs or multiple projects.

Responsibilities
