Job summary

Cognizant Spain is seeking an experienced Pega CDH Developer to join our international team in Spain. You will design, develop, and implement Pega CDH solutions, focusing on Next-Best-Action strategies and customer decisioning for large-scale engagements.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders and global delivery teams, work in Agile environments, and use REST and SOAP integrations. Fluent English is required. A permanent contract and competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Pega CSSA certification.
• PCDC or equivalent CDH certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega CDH.
• Experience with Next-Best-Action Designer, Engagement Policies, Offers & Treatments, and Campaigns.
• REST and SOAP integrations experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Professional level of English.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams.
• Support testing, deployments, and production activities.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory

• 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or equivalent CDH certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Experience with:
