Centre pedagògic / Centro pedagógico in Manacor, Mallorca, is seeking a pedagogue to join its educational team to provide comprehensive academic support, specialized guidance, and direct intervention to children and young people with and without learning difficulties on the island.

You will deliver structured educational assistance, implement personalized study routines, and monitor progress within the study center.

Formación

• Completed university degree in Pedagogy (Bachelor's or Master's).
• At least 3 months of demonstrable professional experience in pedagogical or educational support.
• Catalan language at least B2 and Spanish at least C2.
• User-level computer literacy; IT knowledge valued.

Are you an educational specialist passionate about helping learners succeed? A dedicated pedagogical center located in Manacor, Mallorca, is looking for a pedagogue to join its educational team. In this rewarding role, you will provide comprehensive academic support, specialized guidance, and direct intervention to children and young people, assisting both students with and without learning difficulties throughout their academic journey on the island.

Your primary focus will be delivering structured educational assistance and pedagogical re-education. Your core responsibilities include:

• Providing targeted pedagogical interventions for students with and without learning difficulties.
• Delivering personalized school support and structured study sessions.
• Implementing pedagogical re-education methods tailored to individual student needs.
• Guiding learners through personalized study routines and monitoring their overall academic progress within the study center.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following formal requirements:

• A completed university degree (second cycle or Bachelor's degree) in Pedagogy.
• At least 3 months of demonstrable professional experience in pedagogical or educational support.
• Strong language skills: Catalan (minimum level B2) and Spanish (level C2).
• User-level computer literacy, with additional IT knowledge being positively valued.
• A high level of professionalism, reliability, and personal commitment to quality education.

This position provides a stable and structured framework within a recognized educational environment. You will receive a 10-month fixed-discontinuous contract ("fijo discontinuo") starting on September 1, 2026, which is renewable for future periods. The role takes place during the afternoon schedule for a 15-hour working week, offering a gross annual salary of €7,000 (approximately €583 gross per month).
