Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) seeks a self‑motivated engineer to design PCBs for high‑power and automotive applications. You will develop PCBs, manage schematics and footprints, and collaborate with application and simulation teams to meet density, EMC and cost targets.

Requirements include a BS in an engineering field (MS preferred), strong PCB design experience, and proficiency in Altium and OrCAD. English communication skills are essential for cross‑functional work.

Formación

• BS in related engineering field; MS preferred.
• Solid understanding of PCB design.
• Experience with Altium and OrCAD schematic/PCB design up to 12 layers.
• Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and design PCB for power solutions and automotive customers.
• Manage schematic components, 3D models, and footprints libraries.
• Collaborate with application engineers to meet power density, cost and EMC targets.
• Work with the simulation team to improve PCB parasitics.
