, where precision meets purpose. You'll manage the full payroll cycle for Spain, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for every employee. This role combines accountability with care; every cycle you complete builds trust and supports Hightekers' growth across borders.
Manage the full monthly payroll cycle for Spanish employees, managing data collection, monthly updates, income tax, and Social Security reconciliations using key platforms (A3 Innuva, Siltra, Sistema Red, and Contrat@).
Serve as the first point of contact for Payroll inquiries (payslips, deductions, taxes, and benefits), providing clear and timely support.
Manage mandatory IRPF submissions (111 / 216, 216 / 296) and collaborate with Finance on reporting, reconciliations, and cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with payroll tax deductions under the Beckham Law Regime.
Identify and implement processes and automation improvements to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance across all systems.
Stay current on Spanish payroll regulations and industry updates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
At least 3 years of experience in Spanish payroll and statutory compliance; exposure to other regions is a plus.
Diploma or Certification in Advanced Payroll and Social Security Management (or equivalent) is mandatory. Degree in Labour Relations, HR, Law, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in A3 Wolters Kluwer or a similar, modern cloud-based payroll solution.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); other European languages are a plus.
Strong Excel skills and comfort in analysing and reconciling data.
Collaborative, adaptable, and continuously improving processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Analytical, detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills.
