A leading technology recruitment firm in Barcelona seeks a Partner Support Representative (German) to manage partner relationships and contribute to digital content strategies. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English and has at least 1 year of experience in online sales or content management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Basic SEO optimization recommendations KW gap analysis & partner onsite search recommendations
• Conduct content auditing - 1st pass review of online audit results
• Prepare presentation with key takeaways and actions needed for a given partner
• Provide quality checks & feedback to audit agency as required
• Highlight key gaps on partner site and sharing partner level optimization report
• Onboarding and training the partners on best practices in content
• Troubleshoot any content-related issues
• Monitor use of toolkit execution
• Track improvements and optimizations provide ROI estimations
• Look after the KPI Performance analysis and optimization recommendations
• Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution
• Track overall digital business plan execution as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Minimum of 1 year of related online sales and / or digital content management experience
• A university degree in marketing ecommerce business administration preferred but other degrees will be considered
• Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent presentation skills
• Good computing literacy (Windows Office etc.)
• Drive to work toward goal achievement using negotiation teamwork / collaboration motivation and time / work prioritization
• Knowledge of eMerchandising techniques and web analytics as well as Digital Marketing and SEO working experience will be an advantage.
