Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support site leadership and drive people-focused initiatives across our Spain operations network. You will collaborate with fulfilment centres, delivery stations and sortation centres to shape the employee experience, implement policies, and lead HR projects.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required; prior HR experience in fast-paced environments is a must, with a commitment to safety and inclusion.

• Knowledge of employment/labor laws and trends.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.

A day in the life

You’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth's best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programs to assisting with employee relations.

No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.

Basic Qualifications
