Expedia Group, Madrid, is seeking an Integration Engagement Manager to lead connectivity projects from initiation to completion. You will guide partners through questions, testing, and API launches, becoming a specialist for connectivity transactions and coordinating vendor certification efforts with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with HTTP clients (Insomnia, POSTman), Salesforce, Splunk, Kibana, Outlook, Slack, and the capacity to read and understand GraphQL, JSON, and XML messages.
• Solid understanding of middleware integration platforms, system architecture, product APIs, web tools, testing environments, and internet protocols (HTTP, SSL, REST).
• Integration/Technical Experience: Proficient experience in EAI or B2B integrations; proficient in reviewing/troubleshooting logs and testing tools.
• Problem Solving: initiative to identify problems and discern solutions; Results-oriented and independent under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead larger scope projects to assure the integrity of lodging-related data and delivery within SLAs.
• Lead the development of internal integration processes and define standards for excellence.
• Become a functional specialist for connectivity transactions.
• Coordinate vendor certification progress reporting with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Integration Engineers, Product and Technical Support on API issues.
• Oversee certification testing for Expedia APIs with partners.
• Provide standard methodologies for successful integration.
• Answer technical inquiries from vendors relating to Expedia APIs.
• Test various scenarios to ensure health, performance, and behavior of integrations.
• Escalate system issues to internal support teams and discuss product development.
