Expedia Group is seeking a technically minded Technical Integration Consultant to lead partner integrations with the Expedia Rapid API. You will drive workshops, guide implementation, and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

The role focuses on collaboration with Business Development, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful adoption across Europe, with travel up to 10% annually.

Formación

• At least two years of experience in Technical Consultancy or Technical Account Management.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs, JSON, web services, and database schemas.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience diagnosing issues via logs, API responses, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to deliver practical, high-quality solutions with limited supervision.
• Travel up to 10% per year and business acumen to align technical work with partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions for affiliate and partner teams.
• Advise on design, implementation, testing, and operation of integrations with Expedia Rapid API.
• Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify integration best practices and document them for partners and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and propose scalable fixes.
• Collaborate with Support on escalations and engage with strategic partners.
